Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 7-10 working days of your purchase. You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched. If you require the Order Number, please contact info@crclestudio.com

For made-to-order pieces and hand-crafted crochet products, the shipping time will increase to 15 days due to the very nature of making the product. It is handmade by our team in our studio in Chennai.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you have any size or fit issue, you can return your order for an exchange within 14 days of delivery of the product. We also offer store credit of the same amount as of the purchase that can be used within 3 months from the date of placing the order.

Please Note*
In order to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packaging, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories.
Email info@crclestudio.com to arrange shipment for any returns and to check the availability of the stock if you are seeking an exchange.

Any parcel returned after the prescribed time frame shall be refused and returned to the sender.

We do not accept any return/exchange on sale items.
